- Abstract
In the analysis of ship collision accidents, it is of great significance to identify the key causes of ship collision accidents in time to reduce the incidence of accidents. In this paper, a network model of ship collision accident causation combined with fast Newman community detection algorithm is proposed. The ship collision accident reports from 2020 to 2023 are collected, the causal factors are extracted and the causal network is constructed. The fast Newman algorithm is used to identify the causal community, and the entropy weight method is used to quantify the causal risk, so as to identify the key causal community and the key causal. The results show that community 2 is the key cause risk community and human factors are the core causes of ship collision accidents.
