- Abstract
This study focuses on the current situation and deficiencies of the student affairs service systems in higher education institutions against the backdrop of the informatization of higher education. With the development of information technology, the information of education has become the core driving force for the modernization of higher education. The Chinese government emphasizes the use of cloud computing, big data, and AI technologies to build smart campuses. However, the current student affairs service systems in universities are mostly based on traditional monolithic architecture or primary microservice architecture, with limited functions that fail to meet the diverse and personalized needs of students, especially in terms of recommendation services and user feedback analysis. Although existing research has made progress in the field of higher education informatization and student management, there are limitations, such as the lack of personalized recommendation mechanisms for students, low efficiency in user feedback analysis, lack of targeted optimization of AI technology applications, and insufficient integration of system architecture and AI modules.
