Abstract

As a core support for the intelligent operation and maintenance of equipment, Prognostics and Health Management (PHM) technology heavily relies on advanced computer technologies, such as artificial intelligence algorithms, big data analytics, and machine learning models. From the perspective of computer technology, and addressing the issue of lagging standardization in PHM, this paper proposes a four-layer standard architecture for PHM. By analyzing the technical characteristics and application requirements of PHM, the study identifies shortcomings in existing standard systems, particularly concerning dynamic data integration and intelligent algorithm verification. Research indicates that international standard systems suffer from fragmentation, while the development of domestic standards has experienced a relatively late start in the integration of computer technologies and suffers from a lack of systematicity. Consequently, a standard system architecture comprising the Basic Standard Layer, Technical Standard Layer, Application Standard Layer, and Management Standard Layer is constructed. This architecture focuses on addressing key technical challenges related to computer technology, such as unified data interfaces, guaranteed algorithm interpretability, and verification based on cloud-edge synergy. A phased implementation strategy is proposed, providing a theoretical basis and an implementation pathway for PHM standardization in China, which holds considerable significance for advancing intelligent equipment maintenance.
