- Abstract
This study aims to determine the extent of the quality of Building Permit from the Good Governance Perspective. Using a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, the delivery of public services in Indonesia is the responsibility of the central, provincial, city, and district governments. This research uses qualitative with a descriptive approach. Based on the research analysis, it can be concluded that the concept of good governance in the perspective of public services in Cianjur Regency has not fulfilled four elements, namely 1) Ease, 2) Speed, 3) Accuracy, and 4) Security. So, the impact of this research is that the government must establish standard rules to guide service officers in carrying out leadership in BPPTPM the Integrated Licensing Service Agency and Investment.
