This research method is analyzed using secondary data which is taken from previous journals, books, articles and the internet that have been researched using qualitative methods that there is still a lack of quality health services with the BPJS Health program. The inequality of the BPJS Health program causes the community not all of the people to feel the quality of service from the BPJS Health program, there are still many hospitals that refuse patients who use BPJS Health.
