- Abstract
In today’s rapidly evolving technological landscape, supply chains face unprecedented challenges and disruptions. To navigate this turbulence and achieve optimal performance, organizations are increasingly turning to data-driven approaches and digital ecosystems. By harnessing real-time visibility and traceability, businesses can gain insights into their supply chain operations, enabling them to make informed decisions and adapt quickly to changing circumstances. Furthermore, resilient and adaptive supply chains are essential for withstanding shocks and maintaining continuity in the face of uncertainty. In the present study of the study the focus has been given on the challenges and opportunities of data driven decisions in the arena of supply chain performance. To reach the conclusion of the article the information is extracted from the secondary sources such as research papers and websites. A blueprint is proposed in the study based on the available research.
