- Abstract
While companies explore ways to maximize AI benefits in credit evaluation, financing, and working capital management, maintaining a balance between efficiency and ethics is crucial. By incorporating AI ethical principles and Agency theory, this work proposes a conceptual framework for developing accountable, transparent, and ethical systems. This study based on conceptual model combines AI ethics frameworks with Agency theory to better understand AI’s role in improving credit assessments and working capital management for the supply chain finance ecosystem. The study intends to develop a model that establishes a relationship between AI autonomy and its influences on the efficiency of credit assessment and the optimization of working capital, moderated by ethical governance and mediated by trust.
