- Abstract
The purpose of this study is to identify what stakeholders need to prepare to improve the skills of construction workers in Palu City. The theoretical basis of this study is the Performance Prism Method, which includes satisfaction, contribution, strategy, process, and capability of each stakeholder. The results of the study indicate that the variables of contribution, satisfaction, and process have comparable values between government and private projects. However, in terms of strategy, government projects prioritize field inspections, while private projects focus more on controlling supplier performance. The findings of this study offer practical guidance for stakeholders in Palu City by highlighting the need for government projects to prioritize field inspections and private projects to focus on supplier performance control, thereby providing tailored strategies to effectively improve the skills of construction workers.
