- Abstract
With the continuous improvement of teaching quality requirements in university teaching management, how to optimize the teaching process has become the focus of attention of teachers. Because of its systematicness and scientificity, PDCA cycle management mode has been gradually introduced into university teaching, and has shown remarkable results in improving teaching efficiency and promoting the optimization of teaching management. This paper discusses the application of PDCA cycle in the teaching of college Japanese. This paper first introduces the basic concepts and characteristics of PDCA cycle, and analyzes its significance in teaching management, and then elaborates the application methods in various aspects of Japanese teaching. This paper takes the unit “Xiao Li in the Library” of the new edition of Standard Japanese for Sino-Japanese Communication as an example, and expounds the application method of PDCA cycle management in the teaching of Japanese major in universities, which has achieved good results.
