Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve the quality of citizen administration services by strengthening the digital system with the addition of a data validation mechanism in Pejeruk Subdistrict, Ampenan District, Mataram City. The method used is a participatory approach with stages of socialization, training, technology implementation, mentoring and evaluation, and program sustainability. System strengthening is carried out through the integration of data validation features to ensure the completeness, consistency, and accuracy of data before further processing in the administration system. The results of the activity showed a significant improvement in service performance indicators, namely the system usage rate increased from 40% to 85%, data errors decreased from an average of 10 cases to 3 cases per week (down 70%), and service time decreased from 22 minutes to 8 minutes (64% more efficient). In addition, the user experience evaluation showed positive results with an average score above 1.5 in all dimensions, indicating that the system is easy to use, efficient, and well-received by users. These findings demonstrate that the combination of digital system strengthening, data validation, and user support can effectively, efficiently, and sustainably improve the quality of administrative services, potentially replicating the model in other local government agencies. Future developments could include integrating the system with broader government platforms and strengthening longitudinal evaluation to measure the long-term sustainability of the system’s impact.
