- Abstract
This program addressed challenges faced by BUMDA Kutuh in improving the competitiveness of its village-based tourism enterprises. The main issues were weak digital marketing, limited data analysis skills, and inconsistent service standards. Activities included interactive training, technical mentoring, and continuous evaluation, focusing on social media optimization, data-driven marketing, and customer service improvement. Outcomes were significant: over 90% of participants applied digital strategies effectively, leading to a 10% rise in social media engagement within three months, while a practical data-based guide was developed for ongoing use. Evaluation showed high satisfaction, with scores of 3.29 (planning), 3.32 (implementation), and 3.22 (overall) on a 4-point scale. Beyond operational improvements, the program strengthened service professionalism and enhanced BUMDA Kutuh’s institutional image. Overall, this initiative demonstrates that targeted, data-oriented capacity building can measurably improve digital presence and service quality, with strong recommendations for sustained mentoring, stronger evaluation, and replication in other village tourism enterprises.
