Abstract

The research objectives are to identify the difference in the level of effectiveness before and after the cooperative contribution model was implemented in improving member welfare, and to obtain empirical evidence of the effectiveness of the cooperative contribution model in enhancing member welfare in Denpasar City. The research method used a two-group experimental design. The control group without treatment, and the treatment group with treatment. Pre-tests and post-tests were administered to both groups to assess the results of the cooperative contribution model. Data collection techniques used experimental questions. Data analysis: paired sample t-test. Furthermore, independent samples test, paired sample t-test, and effect size tests. The results of the cooperative contribution model treatment in the treatment group demonstrated the success of the cooperative contribution model in enhancing member welfare. The cooperative contribution model can help increase the level of member welfare. The effective contribution of the cooperative contribution model was 89%, which falls in the high category. Indicators of effective contributions in sequence: contribution to member welfare from participation, at 39 percent; effectiveness of MEP measurement, at 31 percent; and transaction management resulting in MEP information, at 19 percent. Conclusion: The cooperative contribution model effectively encourages increasing the level of welfare among cooperative members, with an effective contribution rate of 89% and a high category. The effective contribution of the cooperative contribution model indicators, from the largest to the smallest, includes member welfare contribution due to participation, effectiveness of MEP measurement, and transaction management resulting in MEP information.
