Abstract

Under the background of “double carbon” target, reducing emissions has become a general trend, and carbon emissions from the power industry account for a large portion of the country’s overall carbon emissions, so the construction of a new power system with new energy as the main body has become the core path to realize the energy transition to low carbon. In this context, electric power enterprises are facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges, how to realize the high-quality transformation and development of electric power enterprises has become an urgent problem to be solved. This paper is based on the realization of the “double carbon” goal and the construction of a new type of power system background, the entropy weighting method quantitative evaluation model to determine the problems of electric power enterprises in the transition process, and accordingly put forward countermeasures and recommendations, aimed at providing reference for the high-quality transformation and development of electric power enterprises, in order to help electric power enterprises to realize the double harvest of energy saving, emission reduction and economic benefits.
