- Abstract
Indian economic growth depends on the stability functions of its banking sector. This research develops bridges to monitor the operational performances in both public and private banking sectors during 2015–2025 with emphasis on profitability measurements and operational efficiency together with risk management and customer satisfaction levels. The research uses financial documents and gathers client survey data and market performance data. Private financial institutions offer state-of-the-art technology solutions with accelerated services yet public financial institutions must handle growing default loan problems and complicated operations to serve primarily the areas of economic growth and rural territories. This paper recently demonstrated that digital innovation connects public sector to private banking sector through a powerful mutual bond. The study shows that public-sector banks connecting with private institutions can develop sustainable funding platforms which will benefit upcoming financial periods.
