- Abstract
In the era of the fast-paced business world, many small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs’) still follow traditional methods for billing, inventory management, and invoice generation, resulting in errors. So, there is a need to move towards automation of such fundamental business processes, improve the accuracy of data, and reduce errors. BillWise Pro is an integrated web-based application specifically designed to meet SMEs’ billing, inventory, and invoice generation needs with this paper. The system supports customer management modules, and real-time inventory tracking, which facilitates day-to-day activities through the integration of main functions. It includes a secure OTP- based login and a simple dashboard that enables BillWise Pro to get real-time sales, due payment notifications, and low stock details. Empirical study reflects the systems’s capability to reduce workload, enhance productivity, and minimize errors, and hence it is an economical and effective tool for SMEs to attain operational efficiency.
