Abstract

The objective of this research is to investigate the legal framework governing the crime of black magic as stipulated in Law No. 1 of 2023 on the Criminal Code, focusing on the criminological aspects of the offense and the sanctions applied to its perpetrators. This study is conducted using a normative juridical approach, combining conceptual analysis with a criminological perspective. Economic and social factors like poverty , inequality , and injustice can cause the tension that triggers criminal acts people commit actions criminal in room scope natural supernatural or black magic.
