Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of KPSBU Lembang on the development of sustainable tourism in West Java. The growth of the tourism sector is inseparable from the obligation to purchase products from KPSBU Lembang as souvenirs from customer experiences. This study employs a qualitative research method with field observations. Data is collected through field observations and documentation to gain a deep understanding of KPSBU’s contribution to the tourism sector. The results of the study indicate that KPSBU not only functions as a livestock cooperative but also as an agrotourism destination that supports education, community engagement, and locally-based tourism experiences. During the visit, tourists gain direct understanding of farming processes and processed products in line with industry practices. This indicates that the tourism experience at KPSBU aligns with sustainability principles and provides practical learning. In conclusion, KPSBU contributes to strengthening the potential for sustainable tourism through a community-based approach and real-world experiences that can support individuals in preparing for the workforce.
