Abstract

Generative AI (GAI) technology has shown great potential in promoting data analysis and content creation. To some extent, there is a clear gap between the speed of technology development and the level of public awareness, and the field of Generative AI is no exception. The purpose of this paper is to focus on the risks brought by it in the fields of data privacy disclosure, false information dissemination, deep forgery abuse, ethical dilemma and legal regulatory challenges, and to arouse the public's attention to a series of problems arising from it. At the same time, this paper puts forward corresponding strategies, believing that it can effectively deal with the multiple challenges brought by generative artificial intelligence technology, and ensure the safe, controllable and sustainable development of this technology.
