- Abstract
Multinational enterprises (MNEs) are facing complex and changing compliance challenges in the context of globalisation. This paper discusses the construction and improvement of compliance mechanisms for multinational enterprises from the perspective of international law, analyses the international legal framework for compliance and its main issues, proposes the construction paths of risk identification, organisational structure and policy formulation, and explores the optimisation directions of cultural cultivation, technological innovation and continuous evaluation. The study shows that an effective compliance mechanism should take into account both global unity and local adaptation, and multinational enterprises need to integrate compliance into their strategies and operations, so as to achieve the unity of legal compliance and value creation, and to enhance their global competitiveness.
