Abstract

With the rapid development of education in our country, private universities have become increasingly prominent in the higher education system. The new era has introduced new demands for the education of college students, and private universities in our country face the urgent need to reform their educational evaluation systems. The traditional evaluation system is no longer suitable for the new educational requirements, with issues such as a single evaluation standard and a lack of scientific evaluation processes. This study aims to use the Delphi expert consultation method to categorize the evaluation indicators for students at private universities into five dimensions: moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetic, and labor. It also establishes secondary indicators for each dimension, aiming to construct an educational evaluation system that meets the demands of the new era. This system will comprehensively implement and gradually improve the all-round education mechanism, establish a five-education evaluation indicator system, and actively explore reform plans for higher education evaluation. The goal is to achieve high-quality development in higher education, provide a reference for the healthy development of similar higher education institutions, and offer a basis for decision-making in higher education evaluation reform.
