- Abstract
As an important medium for the dissemination and education of cultural heritage, the quality of the museum tourism experience directly influences visitor satisfaction and cultural identity. In recent years, with the widespread adoption of social media and online travel platforms, tourists have increasingly expressed their perceptions and evaluations of museum experiences through online reviews, social media posts, and other forms of digital feedback, generating vast amounts of textual data. This study employs a web-text analysis approach to examine online visitor reviews of the Sichuan Museum, conducting an in-depth exploration of tourists’ experiential perceptions. By analyzing visitors’ feelings, experiences, and evaluations, the research aims to uncover their underlying tourism needs and preferences regarding the Sichuan Museum. Ultimately, the findings provide actionable recommendations to support the high-quality development of the museum.
