- Abstract
Dujiangyan City possesses abundant cultural resources, including World Cultural Heritage sites like “Mount Qingcheng-Dujiangyan.” However, the development of its cultural and creative (hereafter “cultural-creative” or “CC”) industry is suboptimal, primarily facing issues such as insufficient product creativity, severe homogenization, disjointed industrial chains, weak enterprise collaboration, and outdated industrial models. Based on field research, this paper proposes establishing a Dujiangyan Cultural and Creative Industrial Park as the core solution. By integrating resources, aggregating talent, strengthening innovation, and extending the industrial chain, the aim is to construct a comprehensive “Creative Incubation - Digital Manufacturing - Channel Sales” ecosystem. This will drive the transformation and upgrading of Dujiangyan’s CC industry towards high-quality, distinctive, and branded development, fostering its high-quality and sustainable growth.
