- Abstract
This paper explores the relationship between aesthetic perception in the visual arts and leadership models from a phenomenological perspective. The analysis highlights the role of perspective – linear and reverse – as a conceptual tool in the construction of visual meaning and in shaping leadership strategies. The study combines the theoretical analysis of relevant artistic movements with an applied approach, demonstrating how the diversity of perspectives contributes to the development of adaptive and innovative leadership.
