- Abstract
This paper studies the impact of international shipping disruptions on the global trade structure. It analyzes the causes such as public health emergencies and geopolitical conflicts, and their effects on trade and supply chains. China’s situation is emphasized, including its supply chain vulnerability and resilience. Short - and medium-to-long-term strategies are proposed, like diversifying transportation channels, supporting technology - intensive industries, etc., aiming to enhance China’s and the global supply chain resilience.
