- Abstract
This study examines the effect of work professionalism and organizational commitment on employee performance with job satisfaction as a moderating variable in JCI. The problem addressed is the decline in employee commitment, particularly related to dissatisfaction with promotion and career development opportunities. Using a quantitative approach with SEM-PLS analysis, this research collected primary data from 115 employees selected through simple random sampling. The results show that professionalism and organizational commitment significantly enhance job satisfaction, while job satisfaction mediates their impact on performance. These findings highlight the importance of human resource strategies that promote fairness, support, and professional development. The study contributes empirical insights into the dynamics of professionalism, commitment, and satisfaction in improving organizational performance in the animal feed industry.
