- Abstract
With the vigorous development of the commercial aerospace industry, Wenchang, Hainan, has actively attracted upstream and downstream enterprises in the industrial chain to settle and operate in the Wenchang Aerospace City Industrial Park by building a commercial aerospace city and a commercial launch site. It strives to realize the model of “thriving aerospace industries with launch site” and strengthen the cost and efficiency advantages of the entire industrial chain cluster. At the critical stage of park construction and industrial cultivation, this paper analyzes the safety risks of the park after the entry of all commercial aerospace formats and proposes relevant strategies for optimizing safety management, aiming to improve the intrinsic safety level of the park and achieve high-quality development of the park’s industries.
