- Abstract
Convenience foods, characterized by high repurchase rates, strong user stickiness, and high demand at points of sale, have emerged as one of the strategic categories for physical supermarkets to attract consumers. This article analyzes the supply chain, sales, and inventory aspects of convenience foods from the perspective of current supermarket operating models, and proposes safeguard measures for optimizing supermarket operations based on operational statistics. The measures proposed offer novel ideas for supermarket operational reforms and model innovations, effectively tackling the challenges faced by physical supermarkets.
