- Abstract
In order to deepen the development of military continuing education and stimulate the teaching enthusiasm of teachers in military continuing education, studying the teaching motivation mechanism of military continuing education is not only an urgent task but also a long-term strategy. This article analyzes the factors of the teaching motivation and mechanism in military continuing education, studies how these factors play a role in the teaching process, and proposes to improve the teaching methods, evaluation methods, and incentive mechanisms. By this means to optimize the teaching motivation mechanism in military continuing education, stimulate the teaching motivation of teachers, and enhance teaching effectiveness.
