Abstract

In the new era, graduate education shoulders the strategic mission of cultivating high-level innovative talents to support innovation-driven development. In response to structural dilemmas in current educational practice—such as the suspension of value guidance, fragmentation of competence cultivation, and formalization of spiritual motivation—this study, grounded in theories such as educational objectives taxonomy and system collaboration, integrates cutting-edge achievements and policy orientations at home and abroad to construct a “three-dimensional collaborative” educational framework for graduate students. This framework takes competence development as the foundational carrier, spiritual motivation as the endogenous driving force, and value guidance as the directional soul. By deeply analyzing the internal coupling logic and synergistic interactions of the “three dimensions,” the study proposes a systematic safeguard mechanism of “multi-agent collaboration, three-stage linkage, and three-dimensional evaluation integration.” The research shows that the three elements form an interdependent and mutually enhancing organic whole, with synergistic effects significantly surpassing the sum of the effects of single-dimensional education. This study provides a systematic theoretical foundation and operable practical paradigm for addressing the current challenges of graduate education, deepening the practice of moral cultivation, and promoting high-quality development in graduate education.
