Abstract

This study explores multimodal translation of Zhoushan’s red tourism texts via Skopos Theory, examining cultural terms and AR integration. Case analyses reveal that functional adaptation, cultural adaptation, and multimodal coordination effectively balance historical authenticity with cross-cultural communication. The research highlights the dual necessity of standardized terminology and ethical representation for global dissemination of China’s red tourism narratives.
