- Abstract
The rapid integration of artificial intelligence and information technology has transformed the feasibility of cross-regional remote work. Yet, as these mobile professionals migrate, they inevitably precipitate competition over local social resources that are strictly bound by capacity limits. To capture the friction and behavioral shifts inherent in these remote-work ecosystems, we formulate a continuous-time nomadic game model. We find that the trajectory of this system is jointly dictated by resource limits, the efficacy of institutional rules, and the agents’ own experiential learning. This model elucidates the underlying mechanisms required to sustain cooperation and navigate structural transitions within the contemporary AI-driven economy.
