Abstract

In the context of global financial digital transformation and evolving cross-border financial risk patterns, research on the digital financial risk transmission mechanism and systematic governance framework has become a key focus. Using bibliometric analysis and systematic evaluation, this paper selects Representative frontier literature from Web of Science Core Collection (1984-2026) and conducts visual and quantitative analysis with VOSviewer and Bibliometrix. This study focuses on the core research question of how digital financial risks are generated, transmitted, and governed across micro, meso, and macro levels. The results show that digital financial risk presents a multi-level transmission pattern based on the “Micro-Meso-Macro” framework, with significant heterogeneous impacts on non-state-owned enterprises, SMEs, and underdeveloped regions. These risks are closely related to zombie enterprises, increased financial information asymmetry, and regulatory-industrial innovation mismatch. Meanwhile, digital finance’s endogenous technological empowerment and external institutional coordination can effectively curb such cross-level risk transmission. The findings provide theoretical support for cross-border financial supervision and practical references for digital financial governance.
