- Abstract
Currently, the WBS-based review system of State Grid Corporation plays an important role in the feasibility study review of projects. As a work breakdown structure, WBS can divide the entire project into smaller and more manageable parts, making it easier to assess the resources, costs, and time required for the project. Natural language understanding technology is used to analyze the text descriptions of project functions, identify key entities and actions, and then match them with predefined rule abstract models to determine the corresponding fixed impact factors.
