- Abstract
The equalization of public services is a crucial link in realizing common prosperity and advancing the national modernization drive. The study reveals that the internal mechanism of digital empowerment in promoting the equalization of public services lies in the following aspects: digital government breaks down institutional barriers of digital technology, digital integration innovates the supply model of public services, digital connectivity reshapes multiple subjects of public services, digital identification captures the actual service needs of the people, and digital governance improves the efficiency of public services. To address the challenges faced by digital government in advancing the equalization of public services, measures such as strengthening the construction of digital infrastructure, improving the institutional and management system, and optimizing the inter-departmental coordination mechanism should be adopted based on digital government to promote the equalization of public services.
