- Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze: The connection between self-efficacy and perceived organizational support; the relationship between self-efficacy and work engagement; and their respective relationships. The study had 154 responders in its sample. The proportional clustered simple random sampling approach is used with the Slovin formula in this sampling method. Employing a Likert scale in the questionnaire to collect data. The analytical method makes use of the SmartPLS 4 program. The findings reveal the favorable and significant association between perceived organizational support and work engagement at PT. Bank Nagari West Sumatra (Head Office). Workers at the Head Office of PT. Bank Nagari West Sumatra likewise state that there is a good and significant correlation between work engagement and self-efficacy. Employees at PT. West Sumatra Nagari Bank’s Head Office also report that perceived organizational support through self-efficacy has a favorable and significant impact on work engagement.
