Abstract

Integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) in managing programs and projects changes how decisions are made and risks are handled. This paper looks at how AI technologies are transforming these critical areas, showing how Artificial Intelligence tools improve the accuracy, efficiency & speed of management decisions. By using machine learning, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation, AI helps project managers spot risks sooner, use resources better, and base decisions on data, which leads to better project results. The study also looks at the difficulties of using AI, such as the need for new skills, ethical issues, and fitting AI into current management systems. The paper demonstrates through real-world examples and case studies how Artificial Intelligence can be successfully incorporated into project management to reduce risks while promoting adaptability, efficiency, and innovation. The results indicate that AI is a breakthrough for managing programs and projects, providing significant advantages in handling the challenges of today’s projects and opening doors for future progress in the field.
