Abstract

In modern era of advanced communication, Artificial Intelligence (AI) plays a crucial role in enhancing the outcome in various domains including Human Resource Practices that provides smart, intelligent and innovative features in various fields. The application and integration of AI driven strategies not only gives optimal solutions but simultaneously it also reduces the operation complexities. This paper examines the use of AI in HRM within entrepreneurial ventures, highlighting its applications, advantages, and challenges. It explores how AI can enhance HR operations, support better decision-making, and elevate employee experiences. Most of the facts and data have been collected from the published papers and journals. At the end, some conclusions are presented. The main contribution of this article is to present an overview on how AI can streamline the HR related practices with minimal involved cost, minimize the operational time consumption, and thereby enhancing the productivity as far as day to-day tasks are concerned.
