- Abstract
The research investigates how talent management practices influence organizational commitment, focusing on pay satisfaction as a mediating factor. Additionally, it explores how these elements contribute to sustainable business excellence, driving long-term organizational growth and resilience. Ultimately, the research will provide insights into integrating sustainable HR practices to foster employee well-being and competitive advantage. A sample of 255 hotel managers, HR directors, and other staff members in Madhya Pradesh, India’s small-sized hotel business, completed a standardized questionnaire. The proposed research hypotheses were tested using structural equation modeling (SEM). The survey was conducted in two of Madhya Pradesh’s top-performing hotels, Skyline Resort and Radisson Blu Hotel, Indore, with respondents chosen through stratified random selection. The research findings showed that organization commitment was significantly impacted by talent management (TM) characteristics. Employee pay satisfaction partially mediates between the success of human management practices and the hotel industry. The findings show that attitudes are a solid predictor of commitment behavior; individuals who eventually leave the organization usually have lower levels of commitment than those who stay. This article uses theoretical concepts from the resource-based view of strategic management to investigate how human resource systems can either facilitate or hinder the development and application of organizational capabilities.
