Abstract

Driven by the dual wheels of globalization and technological innovation, the development of marine culture and tourism industry has entered a new cycle. The application of big data technology has injected new productive forces into the inheritance and protection of marine culture and the development of marine tourism. By analyzing big data, it deeply explores tourists’ behavior patterns, consumption habits, and preference trends, optimizes the design of tourism products, enhances the service experience, and promotes the development of personalized and smart tourism. This paper selects big data from maritime cities’ tourism, comprehensively utilizes data mining and pattern recognition technologies, and establishes a model of the mechanism by which marine culture and tourism can catalyze new productive forces. It aims to provide decision-making support for high-quality development. The research finds that under the influence of big data, tourists’ needs exhibit personalized and diverse characteristics, leading to a deep integration of marine culture dissemination and innovation in tourism products. Digitally managing marine tourism resources with optimized algorithms not only significantly enhances resource allocation efficiency but also creates a new value chain for the marine culture and tourism industry. Based on these findings, this paper proposes strategies such as strengthening resource integration, innovating business models, and establishing diversified cooperation platforms, aiming to promote the deep integration and sustainable development of marine economy and culture.
