Abstract

This paper combs and summarizes the development process of regional science and technology innovation centers in China according to the timeline. From the aspects of comprehensive strength, regional cooperation, resource endowment, system and mechanism, open innovation, etc., the foundation and effect of building a regional science and technology innovation center are comprehensively summarized. It provides an important reference for the construction of regional science and technology innovation center in the new period.
