Abstract

Building global science and technology innovation centers plays an important role in enhancing national and regional competitiveness and realizing innovation-driven development. By summarizing the construction of international science and technology innovation centers such as Tokyo, Silicon Valley and New York, this paper summarizes their main practices and policy measures, and combs the construction experience and typical characteristics of these science and technology innovation centers.
