- Abstract
Under the background of the rapid development of digital economy, the e-commerce industry is facing the structural contradiction of talent supply and demand. This paper systematically analyzes the development trend and talent demand characteristics of e-commerce industry in the era of “Internet+”, reveals the main problems existing in the current talent training mode, innovatively builds a” four-dimensional integration “training system, and puts forward the specific implementation path. The empirical data analysis shows that the optimized training mode can significantly increase the employment rate of majors, and the starting salary of graduates reaches the upper reaches of the industry level. The research results provide theoretical guidance and practical reference for the training of e-commerce talents in universities.
