- Abstract
This study explores the connection between the employment dilemma of music college students and the curriculum system through qualitative interviews (N = 30) and curriculum text analysis. It proposes a “three-dimensional competency model” and constructs a “double-cycle of industry-teaching integration” framework. Key findings include traditional courses having less than 20% practical hours, while employers demand project experience at 78%. Recommendations are provided to promote the supply-side reform of music talents.
