Abstract

The role of social organizations in legal governance is becoming increasingly important, but traditional institutional designs are often difficult to adapt to the complex and changing rule of law environment. Starting from the innovative institutional design of social organization legal governance, this paper explores the core elements such as transparency, accountability mechanism, rights protection, diversified participation rights, and the combination of incentive mechanisms and legal obligations, and analyzes the key influencing factors of the adaptability of the rule of law environment. Through domestic and foreign case studies, this paper finds that the innovation of institutional design is not only reflected in the improvement of functions, but also in the flexibility to cope with changes in different rule of law environments. The study shows that this innovative institutional design can improve the legal governance efficiency of social organizations, enhance the operational resilience of the legal system, and promote a healthier interactive relationship between social organizations and the legal system.
