- Abstract
This research aims to determine the role of scrapbooks as a learning medium for elementary school students and teachers. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research. The subjects of this research were elementary school teachers and students. There are 3 indicators used by researchers, namely learning motivation, understanding of learning material, and student activity. The results of this research show that students are motivated to learn because they are very interested and enthusiastic about learning because of the pictures, writing, and the teacher’s delivery method using Scrapbook learning media. Scrapbook learning media consists of several images that can help students understand the learning material better. Researchers saw that all students were active in learning individually and in groups. Students can work together well and produce the right answers.
