Development of Interactive Worksheet Based on STEM Learning in Senior High School

Abstract

The specific objectives of this study include: (1) explaining the process of developing interactive worksheet media based on STEM Learning, (2) producing interactive worksheet media based on STEM Learning, (3) implementing interactive worksheet media based on STEM Learning, (4) explaining the potential effects of interactive worksheet simulation media based on STEM Learning to support student learning outcomes, and (5) knowing student responses to the implementation of interactive worksheet media based on STEM Learning to support student learning outcomes. This research is divided into four phases, first is the exploration phase, which aims to analyze the problem and review the literature, determine the initial ability of students based on diagnostic tests, and produce flowcharts and storyboards. The second is the development phase. This phase consists of preliminary and prototyping in the form of interactive worksheet media based on STEM Learning. This phase aims to produce constructively valid simulation media and research instruments that are ready to be used in the next phase, namely the assessment phase. The assessment phase aims to see the effectiveness and the accompanying impact of the learning that has been obtained from phases one and two. This phase is conducted on a small-scale trial, before finally entering the last phase, which is implementation. In this phase, the research will be conducted for 4 meetings, where 3 meetings will be treated in the form of proof learning before the posttest is conducted on the 4th meeting. Based on the results of the study, the mathematical modeling ability of X Srijaya Negara Palembang high school students on row and series arithmetic materials in interactive worksheet assisted learning i.e. live-worksheet was categorized a sufficient with a percentage of 11.4%, categorized well with a percentage of 58.65% and categorized very well with a percentage of 35.15%.
