- Abstract
This paper explores the strategic integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in higher education to enhance graduate employability skills. As technological advancement reshapes the workforce, educational institutions must adapt their teaching and learning approaches to prepare graduates for the 21st-century workplace. The study examines how AI-powered tools and methodologies can cultivate critical thinking, adaptability, digital literacy, and emotional intelligence-skills highly valued by employers. We present frameworks for implementing AI-enhanced learning experiences while addressing ethical considerations and maintaining human oversight in education.
