Abstract

This study aims to present the conceptual framework of Flipped-Project Learning (FPL) as an alternative strategy of technology enhanced learning for civic education learning in blended class. Limited time in class is one of the obstacles in implementing the learning process, so learning objectives are difficult to achieve. This study used a qualitative approach to reveal the conceptual framework related to the general description of the development of the Flipped-Project Learning (FPL) learning model, as an alternative strategy in blended learning. The results of the study show that the development of Flipped-Project Learning (FPL) based on technology enhanced learning (TEL) which combines flipped classroom strategies and project-based learning can increase flexibility and comprehensive aspects (knowledge and skills) in the learning process. In short, the application of the Flipped-Project Learning (FPL) model is worthy of being a strategy in implementing learning, especially in civic education courses and is recommended to apply flipped-project learning in learning process.
