- Abstract
This research aims to develop a web-based interactive learning media called Saucepedia which is designed to support students’ practical skills in learning sauce material in the Continental Food course. The development model used is ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation), involving culinary education students as the main user. This media integrates text, images, and interactive video tutorial materials that guide students in understanding the classification, ingredients, techniques of making, and storage of sauce. Expert validation and analysis of student responses show that Saucepedia is effective, easy to use, and able to increase motivation and understanding of concepts. This research emphasizes the importance of technology-based learning media in culinary education, especially to support digital practice.
