- Abstract
Educational technology, digital learning, and artificial intelligence (AI) profoundly change traditional education. This study investigates the use of AI in education, including recommendation algorithms on websites like YouTube and Coursera and assistance with in-class instruction. AI has a lot of advantages, such as increasing the effectiveness of instruction, customizing learning paths, and increasing access to learning materials. Problems still exist, though, including issues with data privacy, moral conundrums, the possible effects of excessive dependence on AI on students’ autonomous learning, and unequal access to technology. The paper suggests ways to overcome these problems, such as implementing privacy-preserving technology, encouraging blended learning approaches, and working together to create ethical policy frameworks. AI’s promise and limits must be balanced for integration to be sustainable. In order to build a more accessible, effective, and equitable educational system, the sustainable development of AI technology must concentrate on its possible drawbacks while encouraging educational innovation.
